Webgem: Refuge

Our WebGems selection for Fall, 2017 is the lovely and very catchy “Refuge,” by Randy Moore, from his Hwy 59 album, which was accepted for consideration for a Grammy nomination. He was very kind enough to allow us to embed this video and feature it as a WebGem. We feel it offers hope and solace, and is the sort of uplift we all need, now and again. Enjoy!

About Randy Moore – Singer, songwriter, and powerhouse Randy Moore hails from Memphis, Tennessee. His career really took off, though, after a move to Texas and then Nashville, where he has been a  feature of the Blue Bird Café and WSM Radio. Over a long and storied career, he has written songs with some of Nashville’s best talents including Pat Bunch, Jessie Hunter, Restless Heart, Lone Star and his legendary mentor, Carl Perkins.
