Staying Power /stā-iNG ˈpou-ər/ – Compound Noun: Steadfastness of purpose despite obstacles, delays, setbacks or discouragement.
Staying Power is one of seven key aspects of our methodology and means staying the course over the long haul. It is more than simple persistence. It is perseverence, meaning keeping going despite setbacks. Some important goals take time, and setbacks are a part of the journey. We cultivate staying power so we don't grow disheartened and give up. There are so many things that help give us the stamina and courage to continue. These can include things as simple as self-care (getting a good night's sleep, keeping a gratitude journal) and, of course, prayer.

Having Faith in the Outcome
- I can do all things through him who strengthens me. – Phil 4:13
- Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. – Phil 1:6
- Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. – Gal 6:9

Trust in God's Strength

Trust in God's Love and Presence

Self Care
- Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matt 11:28
